Our advice is to read through the editing process before you begin editing. Remember to save a copy of the document templates before you begin, in case you need to revert back to them.

- Edit all items highlighted in yellow
- To remove highlighting, select the highlighted text, go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color and Select No Color.

- Insert your company's name/ logo where indicated
- Fill in "Address," "Tel" and "Email" cells
- Populate Management's details where indicated
- Populate company information at the bottom of the page
Pretty simple! Next to be edited is the Leave Application form-
Leave Application Document
You’ll need to keep track of leave taken throughout the year. This document helps you determine if leave is still due when requests come in.
- Insert your company's logo where indicated
- Staff will fill in the rest
That’s all there is to it! Our next document template up for editing is the employment contract-
Employment Contract
Congratulations on finding the right person for the job! It’s very important though, to make sure you document the terms of your engagement. This is how you edit the document template-

Performance Appraisal
This sheet helps you and your team evaluate their performance. It helps keep track of staff’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Insert your company's logo or name where indicated
- Fill in "Address," "Tel" and "Email" cells
- Print/ email relevant staff and management for completion of the rest
Register of Directors
This may seem like a simple document to have to cover, but keeping an updated list of directors is an important part of HR’s duties.
- Insert your company's logo where indicated
- Fill in "Prepared by," "Date," and "Email Address" cells
- Complete Directors' details in the space provided
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and insert company information where indicated
Restraint of Trade
- Edit all items highlighted in yellow
- To remove highlighting, select the highlighted text, go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color and Select No Color.
Done! Next is Warning form-
Warning Form
- Edit all items highlighted in yellow
- To remove highlighting, select the highlighted text, go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color and Select No Color.
- Be sure to tick the appropriate warning type at the top of the document
- Fill in details in the space provided
Lastly, editing the weekly timesheet-
Weekly Timesheet
- Insert your company's logo where indicated
- Fill in "Employee," "Manager," and "Employee Phone" and "Employee email" cells
- Fill in date for "Week ending" cell- the rest of the dates will auto populate
- Complete information in space provided
- Don't complete total hours- this will auto calculate
